Hi peeps, got myself finally a decent Dayvan - 1996 E150, shipped it over to the Netherlands to do some European touring. Over here there airco is not really needed - as compared to Florida
But, HEAT is, especially when doing a night drive.
Heat control stick moves from cold to hot too easily for my liking - thought is was a broken cable, but after reading some other threads relating to heat problems. I am led to belive a vacumn hose / block/ gate is knackered.
If so, how the hell do I get
1. the front facia panel off to swap out the control panel
2. figure which vac hose is kaput
3. find another fault and fix it before winter comes to Europe
