nope. all stock (motor wise) with 43k miles, other than my 4" straight pipe.

i personally feel bulletproofing just to do it is a waste of money. if it breaks and it's all apart for a repair, yea i will do ARP studs etc. but i feel that if you just drive it normally, take good care of it, maintain it regularly, it'll treat you well. i know plenty of people that can agree with that as they have stock 6.0s with a lot of miles on it and never had an issue.

I had a big lifted 6.0 with no work done to it except a tuner and it treated me well. I sold it at like 150000 miles though so I don't have any personal experiences with bad things. Just heard so many horror stories lol

frankly, i think the horror stories are 95% idiots that don't know how to take care of a truck lol. or tune it and run it hard. i like to mod it, but i still drive it normal, i don't floor it off the line every red light i'm stopped at, don't do burnouts, don't floor it when towing especially heavy, etc. these guys wanna do 0-60 in 5 seconds when towing 10k lbs, of course that's gonna stress the motor and break crap, then they get mad and blame ford lol. buddies dad has an 04 he's had since new, now has close to 200k and it's 100% bone stock, not a single issue, but he drives it normal and takes care of it lol

Did you have any issues with the sway bar drop brackets interfering with the plow mounting in any way? ReadyLift said I will most likely have issues.

Any issues with the sway bar drop brackets interfering with the plow mount? ReadyLift said I would have issues.

wound up getting a new truck, this truck i put the ready lift 3.5 level kit on, the western plow setup will not allow for the drop brackets thats comes with the readylift kit. however, i did not have to do anything to continue using my sway bar. the sway bar is completly stock still. on my other truck that you quoted earlier with the curtis plow, i was able to use the drop brackets no problem. hope this helps

The day I bought it. 5 miles on it in this picture.

35's at stock height.

37's leveled.

Latest iteration. Mocking up the new wheels and tires. 17x8.5 Method NV Machined with Toyo MT 37x13.50. Checking for clearance and how much additional lift I need.

That looks really good. How about a view from the rear to show how far the tires stick out

This is the only one I have right now, but it gives you a pretty good idea.
