When mine crapped out I got a decent deal on an all-aluminum Mishimoto replacement from XDP. Better prices can be found on the same unit on eBay. Bullet Proof Diesel sells a decent replacement with all aluminum construction but shipping costs were more than I wanted to pay. Some owners have went back with the Ford unit with the plastic tanks, I think the price may be lower than you might expect. You're local auto parts store will also be able to get you a replacement for pretty cheap if that's important. I put one of those in friends truck a year or so ago as an emergency repair and it's still working ok.
Be aware that on some trucks the trans cooler lines have a quick connect fitting that requires a special tool. Like some other stuff on our trucks, the common disconnect tools you may already have in you're toolbox won't work.

FORD 6C34-8005-JA oreilley auto has the murray temp control radiators lifetime warranty oem specs, order online and any warranty ship back, wait for one to come back to you,7-12 day turn around. But all alum looks good,id think would last a long time, and can get alum welding done if needed by your local weld shops.

If you haven't purchased a radiator yet I picked one up from Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas earlier this year for $269.99. I went with OEM instead of the all aluminum kind. Figured if the original one lasted 12 years then another 12 years on this new radiator would be great. Ford Country in Henderson wouldn't go near that price.
