once a month my brother has a G2G with friends from previous jobs or just friends in general... every month they have it some where different thats close to each different person in the group.. that way not a single person can claim their always having to drive hours for the meet all the time.. last month was here in VB.. this months is in williamsburgh.. next month could be richmond..

I used to plan our GTG's like that, but still not many came...LOL

 

yep.. it use to be a groupe of 10-15 ppl.. now its about 5 if you dont include me mom and dad that go to see mark and ryan..

i tried doing it for FTE in VA but it would take us 2-3 months just to figure out when and where to meet.. then it was like the people who were being the most difficult in nailing it down to a day and time (and would agree to it) wouldnt show up at all.. so i gave up... now VA chapter is so dead its not funny...

Same thing here.. Ken and I were the only ones who always went..

So I started planning to meet for GTG's half way between the 2 of us...LOL

 

That's why I won't join a chapter, wouldn't want to disappoint everyone when I don't show up...lol besides who would travel all this way to see me..

 

we tried that once with some of the people from the other side of the state... ended up just being us Hampton Roads guys that went.. so we just planned the rest around here.. but then everyone got busy and left...

 

depends on what part of ontario you live in john... i went to MA to see these goof ***** a couple years ago lol

 

There's probably close to 2000 miles between us Shawn, just guessing..

 

I would John. Canada is only a day trip to me. 5.5- 6 hours to Buffalo and the Peace Bridge.

 

sounds like your in the upper part of ontario then...
