Does any one know if the oring in the swivel fitting that goes into the pump's outlet is replaceable? Mine leaks occasionally and if I wiggle the fitting around, I can get the oring to find its happy place and stop leaking for a while. I know its a 16mm x 1.5 swivel, but I am having trouble finding the oring size crossover.

If it is replaceable, does anyone know what dash size the oring will be? I have access to any size and material oring here at work and would like to be able to grab the correct one on the first attempt.

After some searching through my hydraulic fitting adapter catalogs, I see for a M16 x 1.5 fitting, it calls for a metric oring that has an ID of 13.3mm and a material width of 2.2mm.

Of course, we don't stock metric orings at work and my go to for fittings has a qty of 100 minimum order for those.

 

I ordered some 13.3mm x 2.4mm Viton orings from McMaster Carr, part number 9263K679 $10.88 for a 20 pack.

We'll see how they fit when they get here. Hopefully tomrrow.
