302/C4 swap into my 60 F100

Picking up combo this week out of a 68 Mustang. Fresh rebuild, stock stock stock. Clean little motor. Want to add a Comp Cams 270H. Will I need to upgrade to high stall converter? Anyone had experience with this cam or another they would recommend?
