Hello all,

Found this on Craigslist...thought I'd share. This is not my vehicle, nor do I know who's it is, just thought I would post the link:

Awesome, hope you are able to salvage some things. Judging from the pic, it looks to be in decent condition, given the year.

Thanks again for posting that ad. I'm a hard core craigslister and I can't believe I didn't see that.
I talked to the guy after he sent me some pictures of the tailgate. And it was well worth the drive. So now John, axidjw has a tailgate for his F150.
I was hoping to score a couple of pieces that I need for Ka'Bluey, but no score on that one and all of the mounting hardwear, just needs a handle. But a good score on that tailgate
The last picture is of the guy's toy that he's building. And I gave him all of the websight info on joining the NC Chapter of FTE with us

It was without a doubt a good find. This stuff is getting hard to find. I wish I had taken some play money with me. I would have bought the grill shell, complete with grill, and everything for both headlights, and the radiator support, all of the brake and marker lights etc.

yes sir, thank you. amazing score for me..i didnt want to spend the almost $1000 for a new tailgate/hardware/shipping from lmc. i just cant justify it so this is beyond perfect for me.
Im going to demold it, keeping the center "ford" piece. Sand it all down, cut out the little rust, patch it and then filler in the whole piece where it needs it to make it straight but just from the pics i have seen already, this is not going to be a long project at all, its in amazing shape. Then of course paint eh whole thing orange and matte black the ford lettering.

You are welcome John. And the thought of spending $1000 for something aftermarket is insane.
Hope to see you this next weekend.

Man it's a swampy thing outside. I played in the yard some, got the yard mowed, then on the couch with a bottle of ice water.
Now the charcoal is heating up for a couple of steaks, and a bag of shrimp.
Hope yall have a good week.
