So I had a really sloppy misaligned shifter. After reading here I fixed the problem by replacing the MISSING SCREW! and tightened the other but found another piece might be missing. Does anyone know what that pin or what ever is called that is missing in the picture? What does it do? Do I even need one? Any help appreciated. Thanks all.
