Another Extended Warranty Thread
Picked up the new Lariat, & got what I thought was a big number for the Premium Care Extended warranty from the selling dealer. Went on line, with information I got from this forum, & got a price which was almost 1/2 from Flood Ford. My question is, I went through the same thing when I bought my Ram in 2009, & there was a Chrysler part number for the warranty, so I was sure I was getting the same coverage. Does anyone know of a part number for the Ford Premium Care Warranty, we can tell exactly what we are buying over the internet?

There are no games being played by Flood Ford, just good prices on the same ESP warranties that every other Ford dealer sells with much higher mark ups.
I just purchased a Premium Care ESP on our 2013 Taurus SHO earlier this week from Flood Ford. Paid by credit card, a day later I received the contract to print off for my records.
Just a bit of a suggestion. Hold off on the purchase till your closer to the end of either the 36 months or 36K miles. If you sell your truck you can get a refund on the cost of your ESP warranty. However, the refund will be prorated back to the day you purchased your truck, even though your truck is fully covered under the basic 36/36 warranty.
However, if you do hold off on the purchase, once you go past the bumper to bumper 12/12K warranty the cost does go up by $100.
I will be buying the PC ESP for my 2013 here in the next couple of months myself, but not until the last minute.

Flood Ford requires instant payment via a credit card. Not sure if they take PayPal or not.
If you need to finance and want to pay over 12 months interest free via a Ford authorized credit company, go to Zeigler Ford. Their price is approx $100-150 more but allows you to finance. I used Zeigler for my 2015 F350 ESP. Will probably use them for the 2016 Fusion also.
Save $$ on Genuine Ford Protect Extended Service Plans (ESP)
You can also check GEICO insurance company. They have coverage similar to the Ford ESP and it WILL pay for water in fuel repairs even if it is your mistake of the water being in the fuel.
