Cab mounts. How to? Poly?

Ok, extended cab 2wd cab mounts starting to sag a little in the back. Mainly on the drivers side. I've done mounts on a 67 and it was a SOB to get them off of the frame. What is the deal with these trucks? Who's done it and what did it entail? Should I go with the poly mounts?

For those interested, I found this. Looks to be the best and easiest way to get the old ones out and you can reuse the hardware.

I did poly on my 150. Like em. The 2 front mounts at the core support are the biggest PITA to replace.
