96 Stroker Rear Ended in Berkeley
#61
Well they didn't get it done last week. But it's looking good. The left bedside held them up. There were several little dings and dents the faded white paint didn't show in the salvage yard. But it was the best one available. Looks like Tue or Wed this week.
I have a list a mile long of what to inspect/check before I take it back.

Got it back on 7/29. Awesome job by the shop!! It took 7 weeks but ended up being a couple grand under budget so that helps a lot. Insurance is being quiet now about registering as salvage so I'm letting that sleeping dog lie for now. Heck, it was almost 100% body work with only a minor (1/2") frame pull down behind the axle, driver side. I couldn't find an aluminum panel for the tailgate so I told them to paint the area black and I think it looks really good, especially with the Iron Cross bumper and black treadplate tailgate cap. Only one pic shows the tailgate cap. I used hooks and ratchet straps suspended from my Bronco shelter to remove and install the camper shell sindlehanded. I may or may not put the FORD letters from the old aluminum panel on the tailgate.
How do you all like the blackout, no name tailgate?
