No Ford truck had a floor mounted A/T shift lever until the 21st century.

1968 F100/250 2WD would have come with Bendix P/S, so you will need a column from a 1968 or 1969 F100/250 2WD before serial number D96,001.

1969 from serial number D96,001 has Ford/Saginaw P/S, so the column kas slightly different length.

I can look and PM if I got one. I just sent one out today. Most likely if I do have one it will be from a 73-79 with the plastic collar. Would that do for you?
May need to do a tad of research but 99% sure the steering wheels interchange. I would guess the site: Fordification would have that info spelled out pretty well?

1967/70 F100/250 & 1969/70 F350 have a 17" 3 spoke steering wheel using either a horn button or ring.

1971/77 F100/350 have a 2 spoke steering wheel using a horn pad.

1967/77: The NSS is located on the steering column. 1978/79: The NSS is located on the transmission.

1967/68 & 1969 F100/350 before serial number D96,001 use a different T/S switch than 1969 F100/350 from serial number D96,001, 1970/72 F100/350.

1978/79 F100/350 & Bronco use different steering wheels, T/S switches than 1973/77.

With a welder and some slight skill, you can modify so they are interchangeable. Done a many, seen a many. All day long on this site here:

How to Install a Tilt Steering Column - FORDification.com

As for finding a 68-early 69 with power and automatic, I'll say "good luck with that!"
