Diesel Shop - Santa Clarita, SFV
2000 Excursion PSD
Looking for a quality shop in Santa Clarita or the San Fernando Valley.
Plenty of shops, but I haven't found the ONE to work on my baby...
Looking for a PSD expert for maintenance, repair, and maybe some mild upgrades.
suggestions please!

Free bump.
Came here today to ask the same question.
Looking for a shop recommendation for studs and gaskets on a 6.0.
SFV, SantaClarita, Simi, West LA, Thousand Oaks, etc. My two closest dealers are Vista and Kemp but I'd prefer not to go dealer unless someone has had a good experience with a particular mechanic at one.

I've always heard good things about Domestic Diesel, but they are far and its hard for me to work that into my schedule.
I also heard that All Time Diesel in Glendora is a good shop, I went and checked them out and they were slam packed with trucks, You will have to schedule any major work at least two weeks in advance.
I'm inherently inpatient, So I decide to give a new shop that opened up a shot, Azusa Automotive in Irwindale. I went in and talked to the owners (son and father operation) and after a bit i left them my X. They are pretty reasonable and so far have done good work. I've taken my X in about 6 times for various issues along with routine maintenance. He's also found the mistakes I did when I pretended to be a mechanic and fixed them. he would take me to the X and show me what I did wrong and tell me why it was wrong.

Though this info is old (from 2010), it seems to still be current:
