I got the new rear expansion valve and condenser today. If my case of R134A comes soon I will replace the parts and recharge Friday at the shop.

I replaced the rear expansion valve today, when I checked the blend door it cracked. I took it out and reinforced it with scrapes of abs plastic and abs cement as there very expensive to replace.. I installed the new condenser end vacuumed the system for 45 mins. Charged it with Dupont Suva and I'm getting a good 35 degree differential now. When checking the blend door I found the vacuum actuator worked well. If it malfunctions again it must be in the control valve behind the dash.

System is working great! I was going to top it off last night before dark and the tap for my r134a can quit! Like they say if it's not one thing it's another.

Curious minds want to know.
