14 Lifted XLT

Going to look at a used 14 XLT lifted truck today. The truck has a 30K miles on the clock, 6 inch lift, new tires, brakes and rotors. This was a package deal lifted truck that the dealer sold new back in 14.

I've got the price down to $33.5K over the phone. Thinking I can get it for around $32.

Thoughts for those experienced with these trucks?

26 or 36 gallon tank?
Service history?

Sorry didn't have all the specs until I went and looked at it yesterday. Overall great shape with only some minor scratches on the door sills from the previous owner getting in and out of it. It's in clean up right now. Will post some pictures once it available.

Price $33,500 out the door.

Nice...I fell in love with mine again after it was lifted. I do miss the smoother stock ride but not enough that I'd want a stock truck again. Congrats by the way look forward to seeing more of your truck.

I hate all the chrome on my XLT. FX4 would have been nice, but for what I paid for it, I can live with it.

I'll mod some of it over time. Purchased the truck last week and it's been in the shop since day one. Getting the bed spray lined and a few scratches in the body fixed. Also had to repair a spot in the leather seat.

Truck should be as good as new when I pick it up.

When I purchased the truck last week I had noticed the door sills had a massive amount of chips in them. Looks like the previous owner climbed in the truck with rocks in his boots. Thought I could just touch up the door sills and cover with the new covers I ordered, however they are in too bad of shape.

Dealer is repainting all 4 door jabs and sills. It's amazing how some folks are so rough on a vehicle in a short amount of time. I keep my vehicles in mint condition and just don't understand I guess.

Wanted to buy new like I do most of the time, but couldn't pass up on the deal even though I had to fix a few things.
