2011 F650 Problem Communicating PCM
6.7L No matter what adapter I try I can't get comms with PCM on truck to see codes. Truck runs. Fuses are good. Any hints are helpful

the power point has a short sometimes. Trying to see if pcm is not working at same time.

Does anybody no if there is diagram for ODB2 port. and if there is more than 1 positive pen in there?
