have a small dink in one side of my 08 up chrome rear bumper. want to replace that side.

dealer says the two sides come separate but in a box together only so u have to buy both $377
aftermarket had single sides $106

wondered if anyone has changed one side only with aftermarket and if so how was fit and finish
and has anyone had a dealer that would split up a pair or sell one side separate?
