1979 f150 windshield washer motor

Does anyone know if the windshield washer motor is connected to the same fuse as the wiper ****? Wipers work but washer does not. Doesn't even make a sound when **** is pushed in.

No they are not, to ck the switch function are you getting power to the pump/wiring (disconnect the pump plug in the end of the fluid tank) when you push in the w/s switch ?

#4 is the w/s wiper switch fuse.
#11 is the back up lamps and w/s washer fuse.

Thank you. I will check when I get the carburetor back on a battery hooked up. Thanks again.

After you ck the fuses...No need for a carb or to start or run the truck, just hook up a battery, turn the ing key to the 1st R/H position and hook up a multi-meter to the pump elec connector. Then push the w/s wiper switch in and see if you are getting power thru the wiring to the pump connector.

Could be a w/s wiper switch, washer pump motor or the wiring.
