Calipers keep freezing

Hello. I have an 89' F superduty, with a 5 speed manual and a 7.3. Last year, the left rear caliper froze up, and I replaced it along with two new rotors a new hose, and two sets of pads. Saturday, the right rear froze up, so I replaced that caliper, along with the a new hose, and the center brake hose with the axle vent tube. I took it out for a test drive, and the left front caliper froze up!! What is going on? Is this coincidence, or is there something else in the system that could be responsible? I'm probably better off doing a complete front brake job, Because I know the right front will freeze up next. Any thoughts? Thanks. John.
