Are there any led headlights that fit without mods?

I'm trying to pick up some extra lighting on my 1998 Ranger because of the numerous back roads in the area I live that I travel on a lot. I was going to add the oem foglamps but don't have the hookups unfortunately. So I'm trying to pick up as much lightning as I can that's legal. I've upgraded to clear lens headlamp assemblies which has helped but the standard bulbs may not be the best. I changed the corner parking light 194s to bright white leds and they help a lot on the side of the road lightning. Maybe changing the turn signal assemblies to clear might help some. But I'm wondering if there is any led 9007 bulbs that function on low and hi beam with modifying the wiring or that require a ballast. I've seen all the numerous kits on ebay for HID conversion but if at all possible I don't want extra wiring hanging. I see the led bulbs with the built in fan but it may interfere with the bulb retainers that Ford uses. I bought a plug and play 9007 led bulb one time off of ebay and it worked but the hi-beam didn't. I guess that's going to be the hurdle. Any ideas?
