2014 Lariat Tan Leather seat Dye issue

Hello all I am having an issue with my 14 f140 and would like to know if anyone has had a similar issue and if so how they got it corrected.

Around 12k miles ( BTW bought the truck brand new) the pass lower portion of the seat back started to discolor. I though it was dirty. Brought it in around 15k after trying to clean it with leather cleaner. The Lincoln dealer told me they would redye the seat and it would be fixed. I paid 45k for this truck and for them to want to dye it was unacceptable to me. I waited a little while and just brought my truck in today around 25k on it now. Brought it to a new dealer, a FORD dealer. They told me that it was stained from jeans and that it was not under warranty. I told them 90% of the time I am the only one driving it. They said to bad thats fords policy. So I called ford corporate and they told me its up to the dealer. I asked the ford corporate lady then why am I being offered two different answers here if thats your policy. She couldn't answer that. I think its utterly asinine that I have to go through this when its been documented at a Lincoln dealer. Why wont the just replace it? Its obvious that the seat dye is coming off and not stained, otherwise I would have it cleaned off.

BTW the bottom portion of the seat is two different leathers, they are going to warranty that out.( pics of this will be up here soon)

And to note this- I clean my own car, I use only lexol leather care.

Any idea on how to solve my issue? Any FORD reps on here that can help me out?

Looks like blue jeans stains to me. Very common on light leather. I had this issue with the Ivory leather I had in my Accord. How to get jean dye off leather??

That would come off with a little alcohol though. Nothing came off. So that tells me that the material is worn, or the dye is coming off.

Doesn't help that the bottom portion of the seat has different leathers on it. The right bolster is a different kind of leather from the rest.

Yep my sister had to take her 12 Explorer to a good quality detailer to get it cleaned. Once she stopped wearing blue jeans, the blue disappeared. Not good on Ford but she found no relief from several dealers.
