I recommend clearing the history, cookies, and cache from the browser and open the links again.

Since I'm an Android user....and I don't Bluetooth music from my phone...I believe I will avoid updating since my Sync seems to be working perfectly in every other way.

I've had more programs that were working perfectly, screwed up by updates, than I can shake a stick at.

Hi Cara,

It says my last comfirmed update was Aug, 9, 2013 Gen1-v3.1. But my bluetooth no seems to drop a lot lately and I haven't received text alerts in quite a while. Also, it seems that somewhere there is a hard drive and some music is stored on that hard drive and I would like it cleared if possible. It's my music that I plugged in with the usb but some the system has stored in on the radio somewhere. Any advise?

 

I can only guess that update was done at the dealer while in for service but I was never told. Still doesn't act right
