2V 5.4 fitment

Any engine from the E-Series will always be the 2V version--vans never received the 3V engines.
Apart from the engine control and monitoring sensors the long blocks should be drop in fit for that year F-Series. Were it me making this swap I'd consider new plugs and boots, possibly injector O-rings too.

I'm actually in a similar situation, but only my customer has a 08 E250 and I want to get him a good junkyard motor (I think i found the perfect candidate off a wrecked F150) and put it in his van. Does the 08 5.4 still have spark plug spitting issues? might as well do it while it's out for this guy.
