390 plug gap & firing order

(I did a few searches and couldn't find the info although I am sure it is in here somewhere.)

Can someone please tell me the spark plug gap and firing order for a 1975 390?

Just bought a 1975 F-250 4X4 390

Thanks,
roanie

Now there are 4 Ford trucks in our family

I am curious, would a smaller gap produce a colder spark? Mine are gapped at .035. Old chevy habits die hard I guess.
