Mid engine swap...need help please!

I'm in the middle of an engine/tranny swap for my 302/M5R2, and I don't have a wrench/socket to get the transfer case linkage off the M5R2. Picture is below. Can anyone please tell me the head size iof this bolt? 1 1/16 too small and 1 1/4" too big, is it 1 1/8"?

the larger one to the left

Thanks all!

It's probably metric.

It is a Mazda trans after all.

Try tightening a crescent wrench on it and measure the gap.

Sometimes you can get close enough with an imperial wrench to do the job.

Thanks, turns out it's 1 1/8

That was a pain but so satisfying to see it out on the driveway

A tight 1 1/8 or a little loose?

1 1/8 = 28.575 mm.

It was 1 1/8" for sure. Factory loctite didn't help either. FYI watch for the 4x4 linkage when you take the bolt out, came down and hit me in the mouth almost cost me a tooth!
