Power Windows

I have a 2002 Ford Edge and the power windows don't work. What's the best way to address this issue?

I just cleared a problem with my 99 Ranger power windows by removing & cleaning the accessory delay relay internal contacts/some times called the power window relay.

The FSM pictorial shows it's supposed to be clipped onto a metal tongue, along the dash metal framing under the glove box lid. If you move the passenger seat all the way aft, lay on your back in the passenger side foot well & look up, you'll see it clipped to the tongue. It's a press to release tang & slide toward the passenger side to remove from the tang & unplug the relay assy from its wiring pigtail & plastic holder.
I finally found my misplaced relay hanging inverted by its wiring pigtail behind the passenger side foot kick panel. Being inverted there, it had been half immersed in condensate that had collected in the closed end of its plastic casing, so the rusty water had over time built up & coated & corrupted its contacts, dropping operating voltage to the window motors, such that they over time became too weak to move.

With my ELM scan tool scanning the body computer, it found a trouble code I didn't know I had, as it didn't cause the computer to light up the CEL.
The trouble code that said I had a wiring voltage feed problem to the window motor's.
I found & confirmed the under load voltage drop at the passenger side window switch. Took a while to find the danged misplaced relay behind the kick panel. A forum search turned up a member that found his there also & that gave me the clue where to look for mine.
SO, if the relay doesn't pan out, come by a ELM scan tool running FORScan or the like software on the viewing device of your choice & have it scan the body computer for trouble code clues, as it could shorten your trouble shoot. Post up All code Number clues found.
Some thoughts for consideration, let us know what you find.
