best brand of anti-seize?????
Well, after figuring out I need nickle based anti-seize on my V10 spark plugs, now I need to know what brand.
The local shop sells Permatex ... probably OK ... used there AL anti-seize for years.
I see on line I can order Loctite brand .... I have always trusted Loctite for thread lock and just used their 545 on a hydraulic elevator after a bunch of research.
I see DPA ( Your store ) makes many different compounds including nickle. I called there technical line. They told me (sales pitch) that their brand is better as it uses larger particles and more nickle than other brands.
And there are others who make this stuff!
So .... do they all work? Is one better than another?
Thanks ..... Mike

I like Bostik nickle based Never-Seeze. Mix it with a generous amount of your favorite rust penetrate, i.e. Kroil, Monolex, PB Blaster (not wd-40) etc..., and that will yield and great anti-seize with a rust inhibitor.
I normally spray a bunch of Kroil in a can of anti-seize and drop a stainless nut to help mix it up when shaken.
