Then either your wiring is bad, or your battery is not good.

Ok so my truck still wont start, i turn the key and headlights come on dash lights come on,i turn the key to start and the lights dont dim but theres no click or crank, the little red wire on the top of the solenoid on the little thread isn't receiving power when i turn the key and when i feed power to it from the battery the solenoid clicks once,no crank and then the solenoid drops from 12 volts to 4,im running out of options and am about to take it in

Have you tried banging on the starter body with a hammer? This will usually work, to get a couple more starts out of a failing starter. It's a pretty good diagnostic procedure in that sense. Best to use the opportunity to drive to the parts store and pick up a new one if it does.

Give it three or four fairly good thwacks, don't bust anything, but don't be shy either. It might sometimes help to have an assistant turn the key at the same time. Be SURE the parking brake is set, wheels chocked, transmission in neutral, etc.

Be safe.

One thing that I don't think has been mentioned here is an internally shorting battery. If that is your problem, there is loose connection INSIDE the battery, and it shorts out just like a bad cable. If that is by chance your problem, be very careful going near the battery anytime the starter switch is engaged. The battery can and will explode throwing acid and battery pieces everywhere.

If that isn't your problem, I'm confident you have a bad cable or a bad connection somewhere as already mentioned.
