Looks like dinner on the pool. Just happy not to hear about wild fire hazard warnings until 8pm on the radio.

Evening guys. I did some work on the lights for my cap this evening. I made one bracket out of sheet metal then changed the design, decided to add a bit more height to the top of the bracket to get the light higher and allow for clearance for the mounting bolts. It would have been so much faster and easier to make the brackets if I had a metal brake/bender but I think they came out good for just using some angle iron and C-clamps to make the bends. I am going to paint them soon.

I wired all the lights together and tried them out, lights up the bed very well. I need to order a push button switch so I can make my fuse panel and have them operational.

Cut out just over 1/2 my trucks floor. If I see the PO I'm debating on asking him WTF was he thinking. Or punching him in the mouth. The dude screwed NEW steel over the rusted stuff. Another hour of work and it could have been done correctly.

I stopped by Monaco Ford and they wouldn't let me see the GT350 and GT350R in the upstairs showroom. I must not be able to afford it.

Wait a minute...they wouldn't even let you see the thing?

I remember drooling over Lamborghinis when I bought my first car...yeah they were a Dodge/Lambo dealer.

Well, applied for a job back in december, went through 2 interviews, ridiculous amount of paperwork, CDL forms, background checks...they just called all my references yesterday, and told me i was a "final candidate" and now i get an email at 9pm saying the position is on pause. Interesting

In other news, leaving sunday for a 7500 mile trip across the country. And then shortly after i get back is one of my best friend's weddings so that should be a good time

Morning all

Interesting, Kathy was at Monaco to pick me up and were do you think I found her? That's right, sitting behind the wheel of the Red GT Mustang. She was asking if they had a GT convertible and the salesman said he would find one for her if she wanted. She is thinking that she wants the GT for the summer and the Jeep for the winter.

Good morning everyone!

Interesting John! A Mustang would be great addition to your driveway.

yes it would be nice a GT convertible, but then there will be car payments.

Monaco just called and the found a bad "cooler". oil or exhaust I don't know because all I heard was "cooler" and it's under "warranty". Oil change and air filter w/ diagnostics about $150. I'm not complaining.
