Ford Plate on Front Grill

My Ford plate on the front grill has mold in the middle of the material. Where can I get a replacement plate?

You might be able to get some really high grit sand paper (600+) and clean it up, then take polishing or rubbing compound and make it like new instead of trying to source another.

The mold is in the middle of the plate. I can't get to it. Good old Florida humidity and those blessed love bugs. We in the middle of them right now. Cleaning truck every morning!

Spay a little Pam on the front of your truck, the little buggers come right off, if they are already stuck on there, then a dryer sheet (new or used) gets them off petty effectively!

We wax all our vehicles right before they show up in the Spring and late Summer. If you hose them off at night and let them soak, by the morning they wipe right off. It only takes a few minutes each day and the seasons last only 14 days. Not really bad, and the vehicles always look great.

Thank you!

This is not for everyone, but I put the below decal on mine and it looks great!

Decal Ford for 1999 2004 F250 550 2000 2003 F150 Powerstroke International IH | eBay

You can see it here on my new grille with the billet inlay.
