Oil leak near drivers side up pipe.

Small oil leak looks like coming down by drivers side up pipe. I don't think it's the turbo o rings. Better not be. But could be I guess.

Anyways. It runs down somewhere by the up pipe down onto transmission. I'm not loosing tremendous oil or anything. Just needing ideas. Will post pics

Seems like whatever cover that sits on the drivers side top of the block may be seeping. I don't know how to explain it. It's right next to the plenum boot. Where you can see white silicone. I'm not sure

I think your referring to the intake plenum, the oil isn't likely to come from there. I think your best bet is to clean it up as best you can. I would use rags and brake clean followed by compressed air if available. But most any degreaser rags and elbow grease should do. Once clean, it should be a lot easier to narrow down the source of the leak.
The oil flow from the leak seems to follow the same path as when I removed my HPx to r&r my turbo. Out of the fitting down the seam of the intake plenum down the back of the head and off the bottom of the bell housing.

Simple green and water, repeat. Get it clean and it will be much easier to find

The valley is where any Oil leak is going to collect and run out of the drain in the back of the engine. Could be coming from any of the points you have pictures of. Hpop, Oil Lines, ICP, Pedestal, EBPV. Your going to have to degrease the Valley, and then you can get an idea what's leaking

True That, When in doubt, give it a sniff.... Diesel will overpower oil most of the time.

I don't smell diesel. It feels like oil to me when I rub it between my fingers.

I already brake cleaned everything once. , but I need to clean it a little better. I will check the FRX fitting and the HPX fitting also make sure they're tight. I I feel like this leak was present before the installation of the HPX AND FRX though

The valley is clean up front. Kinda coated on The drivers side with that oil though. No puddles.

A while ago I suspected it was the boots on the intercoller in the pic. But I checked them and tightened too.

^^ This is what fuel would look like if it was fuel. ( pic from when I was installing the FRX and everything's wet from fuel

^^ this is also during the HPX FRX install. I believe the passenger side boot. (Looks dry, so idk. Maybe it is the HPX

Once you get it relatively clean and dry in there, stuff some white paper towels under the Hpop, the HP oil lines and the turbo pedestal, you'll find your leak.
