Update
Took to dealer, supposed to be Einstein of 3 valve issues, after breaking 2 of his extractors he gave up, so now there is something in the head at the bottom, so either I pull and replace head or replace motor, the truck has 232,000 miles

before I changed mine I took a can of rust penetrant and filled the spark plug wells full till it was coming out of the top and let it soak for a couple of hours and when I was ready I took a air hose and blew out the wells and they all came out easy except for 2 of them which required another hour or two soak and they came out with out much problem

That's why I won't use anything but motorcraft plugs in these engines. Other brands can be a real problem because the extractor tool is not designed to fit universally, it's made for use on oem plugs exclusively. Other brands can be built a bit differently and the champion 1 piece plugs are totally different.
A few years ago I put a set of champions in my son's mustang, as advertised to eliminate the broken plug issue. Besides being ridiculously expensive, it refused to even run correctly. I switched them out with no luck. Then installed motorcrafts and it ran perfect again. After later reading about issues with the champions snapping off and the extractor not being able to remove them, I'm kinda glad they didn't work.

Have the head pulled, spark plug removed, reinstall head, maybe take the opportunity to replace the timing chains and drive on.

I would look at cost to replace engine vs cost to repair head.
What is the condition of the rest of the truck.
Is it worth installing a re manufactured engine.
What is cash value of the truck as is and when repaired.
How long do I intend to use the truck.
The above are just a few questions I would be asking myself prior to making the decision.
