I've been running my own business for 8 years and usually carry everything around with me in a big day planner. Looking for a software that I can enter info over the phone and will save everything to a dropbox so I can access it when I'm on the road. Also be nice if I can enter in data like how much I charged on each job and paid out for labor and other expenses and export that to a spreadsheet.
