hazard relais out walking?
Hello all,
Last week I used my hazard lamps quite a bit, and now the stopped working.
That isn't the biggest issue, if I could find the relais that makes them functioning.
I thought I could find that relais on the fuse panel?, but nothing there...
are these fords having an alternative location where it might be hided?
Thanks for any tips, my truck is a 1989 F-350 7.3 IDI.

You're looking for this:
Sometimes they are in the fuse panel, others are clipped to the steering column, or could be anyplace around the fuse panel hanging on a wire pigtail There will be TWO of them. One for turn signals, the other for hazards. As long as they haven't been replaced with electronic versions, the old mechanical ones you can feel "click" if you touch them when they are working.
