Go see your local auto body Jobber, and get them to recommend a good 2K (2 component, ie: catylized) seam sealer. Once upon a time, your only choice was air dry products, the 2K products are infinitely better. But they can be a bit spendy.....

An issue with 1 of my 65's so I have been cyber searching on topic and posting a couple, of many links?

If bored and have nothing to do there's the 'Ford Truck Body/Interior Assembly Manual' with diagrams, descriptions, and location for various types of sealants, adhesives, etc., include the product P/N; unfortunately, not sure how to go about taking original #'s to interchange with current product #'s?? I purchased the manual thru Jim Osborn Reproductions Inc.; however, if one were interested, suggest purchasing the Ford Truck Master Parts and Accessories Catalog for a few $'s more.

For info purposes: Noticed a few articles where the product was applied liberally on the seams; word of caution, important the water/moisture relief cavities be cleaned occasionally and not sealed, primarily on the underside of the cab; water drains into the vents along the cowl, flows along the air vents and pillars and drains out the relief openings in the fenders, also out the relief openings in the back portion of the cab. Bookmarked an article on locating and cleaning occasionally. Anyhow, food for thought.
