Has anyone else noticed that the latest Ram truck commercials have been using Ford's long time running slogan at the end of the commercial. You know "The Best Never Rest" slogan. I wonder how long Ford is going to let them get away with using this slogan. After all Ford has used it since at least the 80's.

 

Commercials are very important for the company's marketing. They're the ones that sell! I did notice this thing and we discussed it with a friend. They could probably sue them for it.

 

I think the question is does Ford have the copy writes to that? If not anyone can use it as far as I understand. I'm not a lawyer or judge.
