51f2 cluth will not disengage

Hello, recently replaced clutch and pressure plate on 51 ford f2. Had issue with clutch not disengaging before. Still having same issue. Help??

What do you see going on when you look thru the inspection hole? Everything moving as it should? With the clutch fully depressed, is the disc free of the PP?
