Exclamation is this a smart buy?

I am looking at a 97 7.3 liter with 200,000 miles on her well maintained farm truck new injectors , high pressure oil pump aod converted over to a five speed manual . for 3500$. almost no rust. owned by a ford diesel family. is it a smart buy and what problems should I expect in the next 100,000 miles.
I love diesels and this will be my first. mostly pulling a 20 foot car trailer with my 89 ford mustang on it. Any advise would be greatly appreciated from my fellow ford brethren

Is it 4x4? Also dually or single rear wheels? Is the interior and exterior cosmetically good?

I personally like single rear wheels better, but duallys are good if you plan to pull heavy loads.

For that price, if it really was well maintained mechanically (and if cosmetically is in decent to good shape), would be good buy here in Phoenix for sure.

A lot of 2x4 trucks that were in pretty good shape here were going for 4500 minimum. They all had 250 to 350k miles as well. The ones in good shape were a few thousand more, and the 4x4 ones in decent to good shape were no less than 6.

Where the injectors are from would be a good question. If all then why? 200k they really should have gone longer IF maintained properly.
You won't have any prob pulling a lil ol Stang tho..

That's a decent price for a single cab 2wd. Any thing else would be a bonus
