I am getting ready to install my drop axle from Sid... I read that there is a 2degree caster angle already designed in the axle, not sure if that is true or not. Is there a correct direction to install the front axle? any indication marks?

There will be some caster built into the axle. Try inserting a dowel into the king pin hole and a straight edge across the spring pad part of the axle. The difference should be obvious. King pin inclination is top to the rear.

Yes, there should be some negative caster built in as that helps the steering wheel return to center otherwise the vehicle will wander all over the road. I would think that the new axle would be marked somehow. If you can't find any marks I'd call the maker.
