Hey guys!

So I figured why not and post my little diy here. So a few weeks go I was in the market for some Halo Lights for my 2003 f-350. They were awesome but the prices on most weren't so awesome so I figured there had to be another way. So there I was venturing through the internet and came across Flexible Switchback LED Strip Tube. So i figured i would give it a go since for only 2 of them 23" where only $8.99 on ebay.

Didn't take much time at all and I was surprised how well they fit around the headlights and didn't have to take out the headlights or nothing just put a little silicone on them in a few spots. Now the only downfall is they do not change color and colors are limited but hey for $8 I can't complain.

Here is how they look. now of course I don't go driving around with them especially since they are blue but I also seen people get yellow and hook them up to there turn signals.

 

Did you put them inside or on the outside of the lense?

 

Right on the outside. I believe 99-03 have the same style headlights so around the lights there is a gap so i pressed them in to the little slot around the headlights.
