TPMS relearn procedure

TPMS relearn procedure
Anyone know the DIY procedure for resetting/retraining TPMS on newer expys?
Got winter wheels off yesterday and the summers back on but appears Discount Tire may not have reset system properly because 20 minutes down the road I got the error light. I could go back to DT but its not super convenient and be nice to know if I swap wheels myself sometime in future.
Message is "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault". According to the manual this is different than "Tire Pressure Low" or "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault".
Theres a video online showing a F-150 reset procedure involving hazard lights and deflating tires in order. Cycling hazards on and off 3 times gets me into the process and showing prompts but I got front left down from 44 down to 10 psi without activating the sensor which makes me think it might be a different procedure.

Looks like page 290 of the owners guide may shed some light.

I am not sure why you would need to do this? As far as I know the system is able to store two sets of TPMS sensors, so you don't have to constantly retrain it. I put my winters on my '16 from my '14 this fall and just drove over to the dealer and they set them up for free. A kid came out with a little device, set the dash in training mode and walked around and pressed a button on the device near the valve stem and the horn honked when it was done. I just put my summers on a few weeks ago and the TPMS didn't complain at all. This has been my experience on my '14 as well, switching from summer/winter was no issue and rotation is not an issue either.
