Leveling ride height? 78 f150 4wd

Hey guys. My 78 f150 sits up in the back. Id guess about 2" dana 44 up front, 9" out back. It has the factory blocks under the leaf springs in the back that I'd prefer to leave in as i like the height in the back.

What are guys using to level these out? A 2" lift kit up front?

Any thoughts, tips, product or kit suggestions welcome

Jeff's Bronco Graveyard offers 2-inch lift coils to level out your rig.

Ok thanks...i checked graveyard out. So how about this one also?
2.5in Suspension Lift Kit for 77-79 Ford 4wd F-100 / F-150 Pickup [410.20] | Rough Country Suspension Systems®

Obviously it comes with shocks, but why does it require swapping the tear blocks? It says the C bushings are 4°. In guessing they're essential. Also appears to have a trackbar drop bracket. Woukd it require longer sway bar end kinks and a longer brakeline also?

Dunno why it would have replacement blocks.

Longer brake hoses really required until a 6-inch lift. On a 4-inch, the the rear brake flex hose bracket should be relocated to provide slack.

Dunno about endlinks...my '73/74 doesn't have swaybars.

Thanks for the info. Perhaps with the factory blocks its not quite level.....but you'd think they would have figured that into the design....

As far as price difference I guess its a factor but i would like some good quality shocks.....

Not in a rush though so just collecting info.

Thanks again
