95 f150 seat belt question

Dad's 95 f150 scsb has the common issue of weak retractor spring. I'm doing some other repairs on it and I'm tired of having to fight the belt out of the way to close the door. I'm looking for a replacement belt/retractor for the driver's side. Am I right in thinking that the belt for the supercab is not interchangeable with a regular cab belt? And probably not with any earlier body style?

Of course it has a red interior, so I'm hoping there might be a wider selection of body styles to investigate. I tried to swap in the belt from a donor cab already, but it's just as bad as the one I removed.

Are you sure the supercab belts are different? I figured the front belts from the supercab, regular cab and crew cab trucks would all be pretty similar?

If I recall correctly the seat belts are different between cab configurations and are actually labelled.
