Sorry that it has taken me this long to get back to you.
The wheel and the button are from Lecarra, the button is model 630-3465.

@56panelford I'm not sure now. I just tried to look up my order history from summit racing but they wont show that far back in my order history now. The best I can say is that I did buy it from summitracing.

I went with an old school Grant wood wheel.
I bought it used with a GM steering column.
Sold the column kept the wheel.
