Hey guys,
It was finally time to let my beloved F150 go. Sold it to a friend and picked up a new 2016 FX4 6.2L SuperCrew. They're installing the black leather interior and in the next couple of weeks I'll have the Nav/Apple CarPlay/back up camera installed at CarToys. My solidfold Extang tonneau is on it's way also. Hope to benefit from everyone's expertise and contribute as much as I can.

Nice ride. Mine was just delivered a few weeks ago-Carabou with black leather. Like your rims. Really wanted them, but not the chrome pkg. The stock Lariat rims looked better than I originally thought so I am happy with them.

I believe the color is called "Magnetic"...great choice, same color as my truck!

Who is installing the leather and how much? I wouldn't mind upgrading my XLT cloth. I've only heard of Katzkin doing this, about $2500 if I recall.

Autonation contracts through an installer in the Irving area I believe. After all the haggling was done, I got the Welcome | Car Leather Upholstery | Custom Auto Leather Interiors by Katzkin for $1K.

 

A couple of guys had pm'd me for pic.s of leather interior. I think it turned out alright.

 

Wow - that leather looks EXCELLENT - I think even better than the factory. I prefer it without the perforations. But the look is very much factory - the stitching, cut and fold areas are the same.
