It is the front axle or the hubss one and I wanted to know if anyone had this problem. When I engage the 4 wheel drive low you can see the front drive shaft turning and it goes into grannny gear.I do not know.

Not too familiar with the full size Broncos, but, if they use the same type of auto hub as the BII's and the early Explorers, here'a quick test. The hubs are supposed to lock when the front axle spins. So, put it in 2H, climb under the truck, grab the front driveshaft and spin it. If the driveshaft spins without locking the hubs, then they are bad.

Does the front axle make any pops or bangs or any other noises when in 4wd and under load? Mine would make all sorts of loud pops noises and it turned out to be the hubs. It was wierd, they would work in reverse, but not in forward So I put in some manuals and all is good now.
