I have a 2004 F350 King Ranch Dually. The radio stopped working and then to get it to come back on, I would have to bang on the panel below the steering wheel. Now, it's not that easy. Now the tow haul engages without it being turned on when you let of the gas, without a load, and turns off when your stopped. Also, the cruise control stopped as well. Little chain reaction. Thinking of replacing the relay panel below the steering column but the sucker is close to $400. I've googled but haven't seen anyone else with this issue. Let me know what y'all think, and hello. I am new to the board.

 

Do your problems have anything to do with the weather? For example do they get worse when it rains? I have a 2000 excursion that I battled for over a year and finally found that windshield had a very small leak that allowed water to reach the computer. Windshield resealed and problem solved... Good Luck

 

No, but when I bought the truck I replaced the windshield. Put close to 10,000 miles on the truck and these things are starting to happen. I don't remember where the crack was on the glass but I've heard of that happening. Thanks
