Reese under bed 5th wheel mount

My new F350 didn't have the under bed 5th wheel mount and I didn't want to use the rails that bolt into the bed. I bought the Reese under bed parts, Reese adapter, new legs for the hitch anda bed mat and installed it myself. I drilled thru the dimples in the bed, bolted in the under bed parts and everything lined up nice. Since I went from a short bed to a long bed I didn't need the slider legs so I replaced them with fixed legs.

very clean job and makes for a new clean flat bed when not in use.

Next logical step is the in bed plug.

Yea that's a very nice installation, I've got a new '16 F350 dually ordered with the underbed hitch system and I bought the Hensley adaapter to mount my TS3 air ride hitch that I currently use in my '02 F250. The air ride hitch really makes it nice.

It's on my to do list. I bought a plug with the kit and when I saw the factory plugs hanging next to my spare, I'm going the factory route for the plug.

Now it looks like my bed that I ordered with the 5th Wheel Prep. I also used the Reese picture frame adapter for my 16K Reese. When I removed it this past fall, I thought that I am getting too old to be lifting this, so I ordered the Andersen Ultimate rail mount hitch that weighs 42 lbs. I haven't towed with it yet, but I hear good things.
