If your truck has the factory sway bar and not aftermarket, according to the Ford parts catalog the bushings are not replaceable. They are a part of the link between the bar and the truck's frame. The whole link needs to be replaced.

When I put my lift on I bought extended sway bar links and I had to burn the rubber bushings out to replace with polyurethane bushings. Beware that when removing the nuts off the bottom of the links that they may twist off the end of the link and you would then have to buy a new one anyway. Sometimes the threads get messed up from running over stuff. I got all my bushings from bronco graveyard about 12 years ago.
