Anyone ever used one of those "magic" pour in head gasket sealers?

Which one and how well did it work?

 

Yes...several from Alumaseal to Bars Leaks...none of them worked on the head gasket...the contents of the various "fixes" ended up just caking and piling up on the exhaust valves, of the cylinders where the gasket failure had occurred. I reccomend staying as far away from those quick-fix in a bottle jokes as possible...however...Alumaseal did seal a pinhole in a radiator for me once, and got me home without killing the motor.
